SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All the orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing. (Monday - Saturday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 4-10 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and regions.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility. You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product. In case of pre-paid orders, your package will be either re-shipped or you will be granted store credits. Store credit comes with a validity of 50 days.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND
By agreeing to use the kalamrith.com exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on kalamrith.com
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on kalamrith.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
You can return only for damaged or defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 48 hrs of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please take a picture and a video of the product and DM us at kalamrith@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
